On (a particularly chilly!) Friday 3rd March 2023, Bowbridge Homes proudly opened the beautiful Edendale show home at Rotherby Manor, Frisby on the Wreake. With excellent hot coffees and pastries from Café Allez!, we had a fantastic time giving everyone an exclusive preview ahead of our opening to the public.

We had the pleasure of working alongside Artspace Interior Design LTD to bring our vision to life. We have combined classic colour palettes with modern finishes, for a luxury, welcoming atmosphere.

The Edendale is truly a unique style of home, from the downstairs bedroom with French doors to sloped ceilings with Velux windows, we believe this home is perfect for all types of home buyers, especially those who want something ‘quirky’. As you arrive at The Edendale you are greeted with a beautifully landscaped front garden and off-road parking with a garage.

Upon entering, there is a stunning foyer which spreads across both levels, flooding it with light from the Velux windows and chandelier. Downstairs bodes an impressive open-plan kitchen, dining and living area with stunning views of open fields and Frisby on the Wreake valley. Across the hallway is the homes study, which we have transformed into our marketing suite, followed by a downstairs bathroom, roomy under-stairs storage cupboard, a utility cupboard (super handy!) and finally the large double bedroom with French doors to the garden.

Upstairs really has the wow-factor. The master bedroom has beautifully sloped ceilings with dual aspect windows giving the space a bright and airy feel that is both luxurious and cosy. Across the large landing (which makes the perfect reading snug!) you will find the master bathroom… and when we say it’s spacious, we really aren’t joking! This home is absolutely beautiful, something we are extremely proud of and cannot wait to welcome the public to view it.
